A 5 year female child presented to our OPD with chief complaints of abnormal looking genitalia causing deflection of urinary stream. The parents had noted this for the last 3 to 4 weeks. On examination the clitoris was enlarged (Figure 1 and 2). However, there were no other signs of precocious puberty. The hormonal workup, including serum estrogen, beta human chorionic gonadotropin and 17 alpha ketosteroids were all normal. The patient underwent cyst excision with preservation of clitoral erectile tissue and skin (Figure 3 and 4). The patient has been on follow up for the last three months and is doing well with normal urinary stream.
